How Does VIS Support Heating System Operations?
VIS creates full transparency across your entire property portfolio — in real time and with complete documentation. This makes it ideal for ESG reporting, audits and owner communication. Based on this data, VIS automatically detects anomalies such as pressure drops, deviations in supply temperature or inefficient operating states. You are alerted before issues lead to outages or tenant complaints — including clear recommendations on what action to take.
What Are The Technical Requirements And How Can They Be Controlled?
Our hardware is connected to the existing heating system — via existing interfaces or external sensors, so that older systems can also be integrated. Control is convenient via the KUGU portal: You can switch optimization on or off at any time, adjust individual parameters such as hot water temperature or hysteresis, and either completely automate or manually control operation. We simply adjust parameters within the existing control logic without changing the basic concept
How Are Data Protection And Security Ensured?
We process all data exclusively in Germany, in certified data centers in accordance with the highest security standards. As a rule, no personal data is collected. The connection between our hardware and our IT infrastructure is encrypted, and should communication fail, the system automatically continues in its original operation.
Is There Support During Implementation A Ongoing Operation?
Yes! During onboarding, we provide a clear system handover, including training for janitors, facility management or other service providers. Our support team and a ticket system are available to you in the company. In addition, your service providers can have direct access via a role concept.
