Mathias Ritz is the new Head of Sales at KUGU
Berlin, January 20, 2026 – Berlin-based KUGU Home GmbH, a partner for smart energy optimization and digital billing in existing buildings, is strengthening its management team: Mathias Ritz is taking on the position of Head of Sales. The sales expert brings over 25 years of experience in the heat metering and energy services sector and will be responsible for the strategic development of sales and the expansion into new business areas.
Ritz most recently served as Chief Sales Manager at Officium. Prior to that, he held management positions at ista, Getec Green Heating, and Minol Messtechnik, among others. Filling this position is an important next step in the development of the company, which was founded in 2018. With growing demand, the sales structure is also being specifically developed to consistently scale the smart solutions for digital energy and heating optimization.
